1. Booking and Payment:

To secure an appointment, clients must book through our website's booking system or contact us directly.

A non-refundable deposit or booking fee may be required at the time of booking to confirm the appointment. The remaining balance is payable on the day of the appointment.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Clients must provide at least 7 days notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

If the client fails to give the required notice or does not show up for the appointment, the deposit or booking fee may be forfeited.

c. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we will try our best to accommodate rescheduling requests.

3. Pre-Appointment Consultation:

All clients are encouraged to schedule a pre-appointment consultation to discuss their cosmetic tattoo expectations, and any relevant medical conditions.

During the consultation, I will explain the lip blush procedure, aftercare, and address any questions or concerns.

4. Preparation and Aftercare:

Clients must follow the pre-appointment instructions provided by our team to ensure the best results.

After cosmetic tattoo procedure, clients will receive detailed aftercare instructions that must be strictly followed for optimal healing and color retention.

5. Age Requirements:

Clients must be at least 18 years old to book a lip blush appointment.

Clients under the age of 18 may require parental consent and accompaniment during the appointment.

​

6. Health and Safety:

Clients with certain medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities should consult with their healthcare provider before booking a lip blush appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule appointments for clients who may not be suitable candidates for the procedure.

7. Results and Expectations:

Each results may vary depending on individual factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare adherence.

Clients should have realistic expectations and understand that a touch-up session may be required for final adjustments.

8. Touch-Up Sessions:

A complimentary touch-up session may be included, typically scheduled 4-10 weeks after the initial appointment.

The touch-up session is essential for perfecting the lip blush results and ensuring long-lasting effects.

9. Photography and Consent:

We may request the client's permission to take before and after photos for promotional purposes.

10. Refund:

Deposits are non-transferable to other services as they are intended to secure your appointment and cover preparation costs.

As cosmetic tattoo procedures are permanent or semi-permanent in nature, we are unable to offer refunds. We encourage all clients to thoroughly discuss their expectations during the consultation to ensure clarity before proceeding.

11. Confidentiality:

We prioritize the privacy and confidentiality of our clients' personal information and any conversations during the appointment.

12. Changes to Policies:

We reserve the right to update or modify our appointment policies and terms & conditions at any time.

Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
